Join Wlady and Shannon this winter at our cozy little house in the French Burgundian countryside village of Mailly-le-Chateau for a unique culinary experience. We will teach a small class- three people- how to bake French desserts and cook rustic countryside meals. The menus will include Duck Confit, Cassoulet, Cannelés, Country bread, Tarte Tatin, and excellent Burgundian wine.
We'll also style and take beautiful photographs with the Rembrandt-esque light that fills our house.
